End User License Agreement — Muse_API_Access

Effective: September 28, 2026

1. License

Muse_API_Access is licensed to Alex Shohet for internal use with his own QuickBooks Online companies. It is not distributed to any third party.

2. Scope

The software connects to the Intuit QuickBooks Online API with read-only authorization. It does not create, modify, categorize, reconcile, or delete any data in QuickBooks.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the software only with QuickBooks companies you own or are authorized to access, and in compliance with Intuit's terms of service.

4. No warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by revoking the app's access in your Intuit account security settings, which immediately stops all data access.
